In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

2.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on neo108, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout the duration of your membership:

2.3 By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all eligibility conditions in Clause 2.1 are met and that you accept full personal responsibility for any consequences arising from your use of the Platform.
3.1 Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on neo108. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or different device or network combinations — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances.
3.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile number. You must promptly update your Account information if any of these details change.
3.3 You are solely responsible for selecting a strong, unique password for your Account and for maintaining its confidentiality. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. neo108 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA via OTP) on your Account.
3.4 neo108 reserves the right to refuse registration, or to close an Account at any time, at its sole discretion, including where registration is suspected to have been completed using false or fraudulent information.
4.1 neo108 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme as part of its commitment to player protection, anti-fraud measures, and responsible gaming obligations. KYC verification may be triggered at any stage of your membership, including at initial registration, upon your first withdrawal request, or when your cumulative activity exceeds defined thresholds.
4.2 Documents that may be requested include but are not limited to:
4.3 Withdrawal requests will be held pending completion of KYC where verification has not yet been completed. neo108 is not liable for any delays in withdrawal processing attributable to a Member's failure to submit the required documentation in a timely manner.
4.4 All submitted documents are processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. neo108 will not sell or share your KYC documents with third parties except as required by law.
5.1.1 neo108 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed at the point of deposit and may vary by channel and Member tier.
5.1.2 Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to friends, family members, or business associates — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension.
5.1.3 neo108 does not charge a deposit processing fee. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, for which neo108 accepts no responsibility.
5.2.1 Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet that has been pre-verified as belonging to the Member. neo108 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
5.2.2 Standard withdrawal processing time is under 15 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours (09:00–23:00 WIB). Processing times may be longer during system maintenance windows or peak periods. neo108 will communicate any expected delays via in-platform notifications.
5.2.3 neo108 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, security review, or investigation of suspected Prohibited Conduct.
5.2.4 Real-money funds and Bonus Funds are held in separate ledgers. Only real-money funds (and Bonus Funds that have satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement) are eligible for withdrawal.
6.1 neo108 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and special event promotions aligned with Indonesia's cultural calendar (including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August, and Imlek). Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published at the time of the promotion and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.
6.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses), and expiry period are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
6.3 neo108 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of:
6.4 neo108 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where continued operation of the promotion would cause financial harm to the platform or where technical errors have affected the promotion's integrity.
6.5 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full.
7.1 All bets and game actions placed on neo108 are final once confirmed by the platform's system. Members should verify all selections before confirming a bet. neo108 does not accept requests to void or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where expressly permitted under the specific game or market rules.
7.2 Sportsbook odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds applied to that bet, regardless of subsequent market movement. neo108 offers mix parlay (accumulator) betting; specific mix parlay rules, including the treatment of void legs, are detailed in the Sportsbook Rules section.
7.3 In live and in-play betting markets, network latency or device performance may cause a brief delay between the real-world event and the platform's display. neo108 employs automated risk controls to manage late bets; bets placed after a material event has occurred but before the platform's system has processed it may be voided at neo108's discretion.
7.4 For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, draw results are sourced from the official and verified draw results of the relevant licensed operator. neo108 does not control, and accepts no responsibility for, the conduct of the underlying lottery draws.
7.5 All slot, table, and live casino games are supplied by certified international studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft, among others. Random Number Generators (RNGs) are independently audited. Theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are disclosed within the game's information panel.
7.6 In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the integrity of any game or bet, neo108 reserves the right to void the affected game round(s) and refund the wager(s) to the Member's Account. This constitutes the Member's sole remedy in such circumstances.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the neo108 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

9.1 All content on the neo108 platform — including but not limited to the neo108 brand name and logo, platform design and layout, software, text, graphics, images, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of neo108 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of any Platform content.
9.3 Game content (including slot graphics, audio, and mechanics) is owned by the respective game studio and is licensed to neo108. Members may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any game content.
10.1 neo108 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them.
10.2 By registering an Account, you consent to neo108 collecting and processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, customer support, and marketing communications (where you have opted in to receive them).
10.3 All personal and financial data transmitted to and from the neo108 platform is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS protocols. neo108 does not store full payment card numbers or complete bank account credentials on its servers.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neo108's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.2 neo108 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, even if neo108 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 neo108 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency security patching, and third-party infrastructure outages may result in temporary unavailability. neo108 will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime in advance.
11.4 neo108 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of network connectivity issues on the Member's side, including but not limited to mobile data interruptions, ISP outages, or device hardware failures during an active game session or live bet.
12.1 neo108 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:
12.2 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, withdrawals will be held until the investigation is resolved. If the investigation concludes that no breach of these Terms has occurred, any legitimate balance will be returned to the Member via their verified payment method.
12.3 Members may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing, any pending withdrawals will be processed to the Member's verified payment account. Bonus Funds that have not satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
12.4 Upon Account closure — whether voluntary or by neo108 — this Agreement terminates, except for provisions that by their nature survive termination (including Clauses 8, 9, 11, and 14).
13.1 neo108 is committed to promoting safe, controlled, and responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help Members maintain a healthy relationship with gambling. These tools are available at any time from within your Account settings and include:

13.4 neo108 strictly prohibits gambling by individuals under 21 years of age. Any Member found to have misrepresented their age will have their Account permanently closed and all balances forfeited.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law, as applied by the licensing jurisdiction under which neo108 operates.
14.2 In the event of a dispute, Members are encouraged to contact neo108's customer support team in the first instance. The support team will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter informally and promptly. Most disputes can be resolved within 5 business days.
14.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, Members may escalate the matter in writing to [email protected], providing full details of the dispute, the outcome sought, and any supporting evidence. neo108 will acknowledge the escalation within 2 business days and provide a formal written response within 14 business days.
14.4 neo108's decision on any dispute shall be final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law.
15.1 neo108 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law, updates to Platform features, new game categories, changes to payment processing arrangements, or adjustments to responsible gaming obligations.
15.2 Material amendments will be communicated to Members via a notice displayed on the Platform homepage and/or via email to the address registered on the Member's Account, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or urgent security considerations.
15.3 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure as described in Clause 12.3.
